So in case you’re geography challenged, Odessa, just because Russian women live there, is NOT equivalent to Siberia. Yes it can be cold, but not likely wet at that time of year in Odessa. In truth, it’s more like Northern Italy, or mid-France (south of Paris) or Washington state U.S.A..

I have previously written that I was totally “blown away” by seeing so many “drop dead gorgeous” women in Kiev, Ukraine, one of my favorite foreign cities.
